Delicious Homemade Ranch Dressing Seafood Salad Recipe: A Refreshing Summer Dish

Let's add a spin to your next summer salad! Paired with my favorite homemade ranch dressing...especially if you add crab meat...it's delicious!

Seafood Salad
Ingredients
4-6 servings
4 cups cooked pasta- cooled
2 cups pre-cooked crab meat (or a combination of crabmeat and cooked small shrimp)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups ranch (see below for homemade recipe or used store bought)
1 cup frozen peas (thawed)
1/2 cup green pepper (chopped)
1/2 cup red pepper (chopped)
1/2 cup onion (finely chopped)
1/2 cup carrot (finely shredded), optional
2 cups cherry tomatoes (halved)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, optional
Directions
In ​a large bowl, combine the pasta, seafood, shredded cheese, ranch dressing, peas, green and red bell pepper, onion, and carrot, if using. Toss gently but blend thoroughly.
Refrigerate the salad for 3 to 4 hours. If the texture is dry, add more dressing. Top with the tomatoes and parmesan cheese.

Homemade Ranch Dressing
First...the seasoning!
Ingredients
1 cup parsley
1/2 cup garlic powder
1/2 cup onion powder
1/2 cup unrefined sea salt
1/4 cup black pepper
Mix up all the spices above and seal in an airtight container.
Second...the dressing!
Ingredients
1 cups Homemade Mayo
1 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp Ranch Seasoning
Directions
Fill a wide mouth quart jar with your homemade Mayo. Add Ranch Seasonings
based on how strong you like it. Stir in the sour cream. Make sure seasonings are
incorporated evenly by examining the bottom of the jar.
