Ginger Shandy

Ice Cubes

2 bottles or cans (each 12 ounces) your favorite local lager-style beer

2 cans ginger beer (each 12 ounces), such as Reed's Extra Ginger Brew or Gosling's Ginger Beer
Fill a large pitcher halfway with ice cubes. Pour 1 bottle of beer and 1 bottle of ginger beer simultaneously over the ice. Repeat with the remaining bottles of beer and ginger beer. Stir and serve at once poured into chilled glasses.
Easy Peach Sangria

1 cup of hulled and sliced strawberries

2 ripe beaches, pitted and cut into 1/2 inch wedges

1/4 cup green grapes, cut in half

1/2 cup orange liqueur, such as triple sec

2 tablespoon of brandy

1 bottle Barlette semidry peach wine

1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
-
1/2 cup chilled sparkling lemonade or limeade

Ice cubes to serve

fresh mint sprigs to garnish
Place the strawberries, peaches and grapes in a large serving pitcher. Add the orange orange liqueur and toss gently. Let is macerate at room temperature for about an hour. Add the peach wine and orange juice and refrigerate for one hour. When ready to serve add the sparkling lemonade or limeade and stir well. Fill wine glasses with ice and add little pieces of extra fruit if needed and garnish with mint.
