Peppermint Mocha
My personal holiday favorite!
Ingredients
-
1/2 – 1 tbsp Torani peppermint syrup
-
1/2 – 1 tbsp Torani dark chocolate sauce
-
2 shots of espresso *Prefer to use freshly brewed coffee. Coffee will always taste better when using fresh coffee beans to brew.
-
1 cup milk
-
Whipped cream
-
Dark chocolate curls/chocolate shavings
-
Optional: crushed candy cane
Directions
-
Steam the milk – add milk to a microwaveable cup and microwave for 60 seconds, then froth with a handheld milk frother for 60 seconds until the milk is thick and foamy. You could also steam the milk using a steam wand if you have one or lightly heat in a pan.
-
Brew the espresso shots using instant espresso, a Moka pot, an aeropress, a Nespresso machine or an espresso machine.
-
To a separate cup, add in the peppermint syrup, chocolate sauce, espresso, steamed/frothed milk, and top with whipped cream, chocolate curls/shavings and crushed candy cane.

Chocolate Latte
I could drink this all day...
Ingredients
-
1 cup steamed milk
-
2 shots of espresso or strong brewed coffee 2 ounces1 tablespoon Torn mocha/chocolate sauce more to taste
-
Whipped cream for topping (optional)
To make it spicy (optional), use a pinch of each:
-
Cinnamon – warming spice
-
Nutmeg – another super comforting warming spice
-
Cayenne Pepper – for a hint of spice
Directions
-
Steam the milk.
-
Brew an espresso or a strong coffee (or instant). *Prefer to use freshly brewed coffee. Coffee will always taste better when using fresh coffee beans to brew.
-
Mix espresso and mocha/chocolate sauce. Mix the 2 ingredients in the glass or mug you’ll use to prepare your mocha latte. You can now use more mocha sauce to make decorative patterns on your glass cup.

Mix steamed milk. Pour in the milk with the espresso chocolate mixture. If the milk was properly steamed, there will be some foam on top of your drink.
-
Top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup. Enjoy while hot.
