New England styled "Irish Coffee" to kick off March! Although, 'mudslide' season in New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine that falls later in the month is not exactly tourist friendly...this delicious ice-cream cocktail makes up for it.

Ingredients

• 2 ounces Vodka

• 2 ounces Baileys Irish Cream

• 2 ounces Kahlua

• 2 ice cubes

• 1 cup coffee ice-cream of choice

• 2 ounces light cream

• Bittersweet chocolate

1. Simply blend all ingredients and top with shaved bittersweet chocolate
